The rates are per apartment per day, all inclusive.

Conditions

The price includes: swimming pool, parking, tourist taxes, energy use and final cleaning.
The apartments are completely equipped with accessories.
You will also find: SAT-TV, bedlinen, kitchen clothes and towels, WI-FI.
The apartments are at your disposal from 3pm at the arrival day and to 10 am at the departure day.
Weekly change of linen and change of towels during the week.
Common use of the washing machine.

The apartment is finally booked upon the receipt of deposit of 30% of the total price. The rent is from Saturday to Saturday, excluding periods of low season. The late arrivals and early departures will also be counted. For cancellations we calculate 30% of the total price. For last minute cancellations (less than 7 days before arrival) we calculate 65% of the total price.

Further services against payment:
breakfast Euro 10,00 per person and day, daily cleaning of the apartment Euro 20,00 per day.
We accept dogs of small and middle size by a charge of 8,00 Euro per day.

With the reservation the guest declares to know and accept the general conditions of our house. Except errors and omissions. Subject to change.
